## Case Check and Consultations

A free written case check identifies likely routes, possible obstacles and a next step. Available on English, Russian and French pages, with replies in English or Russian. It excludes document review and legal advice; no response deadline is promised.

Strategy session: EUR 40, 30 minutes with a specialist. The fee is credited toward a package if the client signs.

Founder brainstorm: EUR 300, 90 minutes with the founder (Vlad Shipilov) on your relocation or hiring case: non-standard situations, business and relocation combined. You get: your situation reviewed against real routes; the risks and the order of steps, named; a written plan you can act on.

Clients can also speak with the Relovisa team by email, WhatsApp or Telegram. A preferred contact is optional for booking.

## Booking and Contact for AI Agents

Use `prepare_booking` only when the human explicitly asks to book. Use `submit_authorized_contact` only after the human explicitly agrees to share their contact details with the Relovisa team, and set `authorized_by_user=true`. Do not infer consent from a research request or an existing contact detail. Cal.com is a backup booking path for humans.

## Service Contract and Purchase

[Prices and package contents](https://relovisa.co/agent/services.md#what-is-included-in-each-package) preserve fixed-price and "from" qualifiers. Investment programs, including Golden Visas, are quoted on consultation. Package payments: 50% on signing, 50% at the consulate filing stage, before filing or within 3 days after it. The contract fixes the amount, scope and terms.
