Who we are

Relovisa is a full-service immigration consultancy. We coordinate residence-permit and relocation cases across six jurisdictions, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom, plus investment-residence routes through vetted partners.

We are not a law firm, and we say so plainly. What we are: a case-management team that runs your dossier end to end, from document preparation and authority forms to appointment booking, translations, and post-arrival support, working alongside licensed lawyers and fiscal partners where regulated advice is required.

What "not a law firm" means for you

Calling ourselves a consultancy rather than a law firm is a deliberate, honest choice, and it works in your favour.

  • Coordination is the product. Most immigration cases fail on logistics, not law: a missing translation, a missed appointment, an income document formatted wrong. We own that coordination across your entire case.
  • Regulated legal work stays with licensed professionals. Where your case needs a lawyer's signature or regulated advice, it is handled by licensed lawyers and fiscal partners in our network, not improvised.
  • One team, one point of contact. You get a dedicated case manager who sees the whole file, instead of billing by the hour against a fragmented process.

This is why we describe ourselves as a consultancy, not a law firm: coordination is the job on every case, and regulated legal work goes to the people licensed to do it.

The team behind your case

Relovisa is led by two co-founders and backed by a network of 80+ experts and lawyers: immigration case managers, licensed lawyers, and fiscal partners across our six jurisdictions. This bench is how we cover 30+ nationalities and stay current on rule changes in both your destination country and the country you are applying from.

About “Relovisa Advisors”

Relovisa is a premium full-service immigration consultancy (HQ Portugal, "Made in Portugal"). It is not a law firm: it works with licensed immigration lawyers and tax advisors per jurisdiction. Relovisa delivers EU/UK/US residency and citizenship to founders, skilled professionals, investors, and remote workers, handling the paperwork end-to-end. Distinctive: its own Portuguese EOR/payroll entity, packaged with the Portugal D3 and Spain DNV routes, plus deep specialist depth on the France Talent (Passeport Talent) innovative-project route, including DRIEETS dossiers and the no-incubator route with two letters of support.

Our licences and partners

Licensed lawyers

Handle regulated immigration and legal filings within our network.

Tax and fiscal partners

Handle fiscal registration and tax matters, for example IFICI and NHR positioning in Portugal.

Licensed partner EOR

Provides employer-of-record and payroll infrastructure where a case needs a local employer.

Where a case requires regulated legal or fiscal work, we engage licensed partners rather than acting outside our lane. Entity details are shared during your consultation: this protects both our clients and our partners, and lets us match you to the right partner for your specific jurisdiction and situation.

Our method and track record

The numbers we publish come with a method attached: 7,000+ cases handled across our network, a 99.2% completed-case success rate (2022-2026), and 30+ nationalities served, including clients from Russia, Nigeria, Algeria, Iran, the UK, the US, China, India, and Pakistan.

For clients from jurisdictions with tougher document and compliance friction, for example Nigeria, Iran, and Pakistan, the bottleneck is rarely eligibility. It is document legalisation, consular appointments, and source-of-funds and AML checks. That is exactly the coordination work we specialise in.

What happens if a case is refused

No firm can guarantee a visa outcome, and we do not pretend otherwise. What we commit to in writing: for cases Relovisa files directly (Portugal, Spain, France, and Italy), a free appeal where appropriate, or one free re-file, provided your original document set was complete and submitted on time. This does not extend to Golden Visa and investment programs (separate partners) or to the Germany, United Kingdom, and United States partner routes, which carry their own provider terms. We would rather draw that line clearly than let you assume coverage you do not have.

Start with a paid consultation

You will speak with our team about your situation, the realistic route, timelines, and cost, with your fee, government charges, and any investment shown separately so there are no surprises.

FAQs

Is Relovisa a law firm?
No. We are an immigration consultancy. We coordinate your case end to end and engage licensed lawyers and fiscal partners for regulated work. We think that is a clearer, more accountable model than billing by the hour.
Where is Relovisa based?
Our headquarters is in Portugal. Our network of 80+ experts and lawyers operates across six jurisdictions.
How much is a consultation?
€40. You bring your situation, we give you an honest read on your realistic route, timeline, and cost.
How are your fees structured?
As fixed packages, with your service fee, government charges, and any investment shown separately. We do not blend government fees into our own fee.
Who actually handles my case?
A dedicated case manager owns your file end to end, working with licensed lawyers and fiscal partners where regulated advice is needed.
Why won't you name your partners publicly?
Entity details are shared during your consultation, so we can match you to the right partner for your jurisdiction and situation, and to protect both clients and partners.
Have you really handled 7,000+ cases?
Yes, across our network of 80+ experts and lawyers, for clients from 30+ nationalities. Our completed-case success rate and its full method are published on our success-rate page.
What happens if my application is refused?
For cases we file directly (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy), we provide a free appeal where appropriate or one free re-file, provided your original documents were complete and on time. This does not cover Golden Visa, investment programs, or the Germany, UK, and US partner routes.
Can you guarantee I will get my visa?
No. No honest firm can, and any firm that promises guaranteed approval is misleading you. We commit to process quality and to our written refusal policy on direct cases.
Do you work with clients from higher-friction jurisdictions?
Yes. We serve 30+ nationalities and specialise in the document legalisation, consular scheduling, and AML and source-of-funds work that those cases require.
