You choose between two tracks: a referral model (revenue share or a fixed fee per closed case) and a white-label model (Relovisa runs the case while your brand faces the client).

Do I need to be a France or EU immigration expert to become a partner?

No expertise in French immigration required. You refer your client, we handle all case preparation, submissions, and follow-up. We brief you on outcomes. Your only job is the warm introduction.

How and when do partners get paid?

It depends on the model you choose. With a referral arrangement, you receive a revenue share or a fixed fee per closed deal, paid after the client fee is collected. With white label, you set your own retail price, we charge you our wholesale rate after the deal closes, and you keep the difference. Partners typically price 3-4x our wholesale. Exact rates are shared on the intro call.

Can I sell under my own brand (white label)?

Yes. Most partners work white label: your clients see your brand, you set your own price, and we run the case invisibly behind you. You can also just refer and earn. We pick the model that fits your business on the intro call.

What about lawyers and accountants? Can they receive commissions?

Bar association rules in France and most jurisdictions prohibit referral fees paid to non-lawyers, and ABA-style ethics rules apply in many common-law countries. We therefore structure lawyer partnerships as reciprocal referrals and co-marketing: you send us clients who need French or EU immigration; we send you clients who need local legal or tax work. No fee changes hands between us.

Is the partnership exclusive?

No exclusivity required. You are free to work with other immigration providers. We do ask that when you refer a client to Relovisa, you do not simultaneously refer that same client to a direct competitor for the same service.

What counts as a referral?

A referral is an introduction where you connect a specific person or company to Relovisa and that contact then books a consultation or submits an application. Cold leads sent via a generic link do not count. A warm introduction by email, WhatsApp, or a joint call does.

What happens after I submit the form?

You will receive a confirmation email within one business day. We then schedule a free intro call via Cal.com to confirm fit, explain the exact payout structure for your partner type, and answer any questions. No commitment is required on either side until you decide to proceed.
